Barbells and Brews this week!

Once a month, the second Saturday of every month, we get together here at V-42 Fitness to honor the fallen and raise funds for the Green Beret Foundation. We do a workout named after a hero and then raise a toast to the same hero. If you're in the area, living here or just passing through, please join us. No membership is necessary, but donations to the GBF are always encouraged.  The next Barbells and Brews will be this Saturday February 11th at 6pm. Put it on your calendar, come on out, and be sure to bring a friend!
